Hey Rich, noticed a small repeating error in your e-mail. You say they are "bi-weekly" and you say you send them twice weekly, and one of those is wrong!
"bi" in this context means every two times, so bi-weekly means every other week. I think the word you want is "semi" which in this context means half, as in you send them every half week (or twice a week). An easy way to remember is to think of a "semi-circle" which is half a circle, or to think of "semi-annual", which most people realize comes twice a year, not once every two years. I could also discuss what "bi" means in other contexts, but that would clearly be "off-topic", and I have been warned not to do that!
