The insane prices on most of those "Buy it Now" poster auctions are proof that there is still plenty of crack being smoked out there. Makes me think about that great scene in the classic comedy "Used Cars": "Yes sir, that's New Deal Used Posters... now wait just a goddamn minute. What the hell is this? Is this a title card from "It, the Terror from Beyond Space" for twenty-four thousand dollars? That's too f**king high!!" (Blows up card with dynamite.) I still get the occasional bargain on Ebay, but it's just too annoying poring over all the crap. Rich, Bruce, and Heritage yield much more satisfying results, especially with my parsimonious poster spending limits these days.

Who in the heck places all those buy it now auctions on Ebay anyway? It's more then 7 pages of them now. I can tell you as a buyer, I look at none of those "buy it now"s anymore. Same over priced crap everyday. On the other hand I try not to miss BH and Movieposterbid's auctions. They get most of my $ these days. Does anyone else miss those old Rotman Ebay auctions? A lot of it was kinda dogeared, but there was some cool stuff in those auctions.
