Bruce, I couldn't agree with you more! She may have been coached. I understand she has serious learning disabilities and apparently broke down a little recently under the pressure at some hotel in London. I noticed in some of the clips I saw of her during verbal exchanges with judges on the show, she acted a tiny bit like a nervous teen-ager rather than a nervous 47-year-old. But I thought she was extremely gracious when the winner was announced. And while I didn't hear the winning group perform, it would be difficult to convince me that they were better than Susan.
Susan didn't really lose, however. She made more of a splash around the world than anyone has on that show. And I believe Simon Cowell is giving her a recording contract with his record company.
