i think it means that the top is original WITH restoration....
and the bottom is totally new.
perhaps, the description it is not (so) clear because the seller is in
germany and he may use different lingo than used on the USA ebay site or by
american dealers/collectors.
i recall that some MOPO seller some years ago had an original 3 sheet of a
good title and stated words to the effect: top original, bottom was
painted to replicate the original (meaning the bottom portion was a total
replacement and not orig).
imagine if there is someone out there with just the original bottom?
