The worst part of the buyer that Franc refers to is that they just don't seem to acknowledge that THEY are the one who made the mistake. I even had one in the past that not only didn't think he made a mistake or didn't read the text but said that 8x10" movie still photos are the most ridiculous thing ever imagined and why would anyone ever buy one of those stupid things.
