Knowing nothing of the man personally, I would have to agree with Sue strictly on the evidence of the name (Hernandez/Hernendez) being spelled in the original post differently in the subject/title than the body and signature of the letter.

This unpleasant revelation of producing fake posters for profit on a systematic basis, has generated many questions regarding Jaime’s knowledge and character. I have known Jaime the longest of anyone, for many, many years. He worked for me, and was my right hand man, as I developed his skills. The question has come up from several people as to whether Jaime was a willing and knowledgeable participant in this fraud. I can shed some much needed light on this. If anyone would like to email me privately, I will answer any questions, truthfully and to the best of my knowledge. In closing, I would like to say to you all, that if in the past I have been responsible for causing any harm to this industry or to anyone personally, I am deeply sorry. I have paid dearly.
