What repercussions will this have (if any)?
Using shills (whether disclosed or not).... doesn't look good seems
sneaky, whether that info is disclosed in the fine print, or not.
again.. it will remain to be seen, since papers have ben filed.
will it go forward? be settled? or thrown out?
