I don't understand your post. Please clarify further. Is Ebay now insisting that the person claiming copyright infringement initiate a lawsuit withing a certain period of time or the claim is deemed invalid by Ebay? If so, how long a length of time do they allow the alleged injured party to initiate the lawsuit? FRANC
