I don't understand your post. Please clarify further. Is Ebay now
insisting that the person claiming copyright infringement initiate a
lawsuit withing a certain period of time or the claim is deemed invalid
by Ebay? If so, how long a length of time do they allow the alleged
injured party to initiate the lawsuit? FRANC

Subject: [MOPO] update on the MARA CORDAY / TARANTULA / GIANT CLAW
episode

Well.....we were finally able to re list the four listings of ours Mara
Corday had removed from ebay. One for TARANTULA and three for THE GIANT
CLAW.

It turns out that she would've had to have sued us to prevent us from re
listing them.

guess what? .........she didn't sue us.

I can only wonder if she will try and remove some of our other listings
again at a later date.
