Yes.....but first we had to file with ebay an official "Counter Notice". "If so, how long a length of time do they allow the alleged injured party to initiate the lawsuit? " 10 business days from the date we filed the counter notice. the "counter notice" is a very simple 2 page form supplied by ebay that we filled out and faxed to them.
