It is not that uncommon for typos on hand-lettered parts of posters, or indeed 
on posters themselves.

I have the Australian one sheet for THE WOMEN (1939) which proudly proclaims 
that it was directed by George Zucor.)
and someone on NSF showed a daybill a while back that the world MILLION was 
spelled in the huge title treatment as MILLLION.

  It looks like that hand lettering was poorly and quickly added... And not 
spelling the word, First, (FIRT) correctly is a blatant error. At least the 
seller shows this mistake in a close up image.
