we both know that many people reslab comic books after pressing and
stuff. or if they think it was CGC'd to low and can resubmit for a
higher grade.
that .2 boost (or more) on a 9.2 to 9.4 is a big $$ difference and
worth it to those that do it, even if we both entirely disagree with
pressing and resubs
except for lobby cards or window cards. I don't see it happening

LOL on the Han display, but all the talk about Authenticating
Dracula was getting ME wooooozy, and once the ONLY current possible
solution for such a venture is suggested, it's immediately slammed...
So, why can't someone like Bruce start his own service for
Authentication for movie posters? Once a big poster has been
approved and/or graded by any trusted parties, how can it be
practically 'encapsulated' afterwards so as not to be switched with
a fake? I get woozy thinking about that, too, but it's worth
contemplating if everyone's scared about bootlegs infesting the
market, supposedly causing a dramatic change of interest to the Hobby.
As for the 'volume' of posters vs. the comics and cards in the
Collector's World, I agree that they weren't necessarily produced in
mass quantities, however the vast array of titles and genres and
constant love of the Hobby does have a big enough demand to make
such a service worth making available. Whether it's another umbrella
of the CGC, or someone like Bruce, it's something that should happen.
