I agree with Rich except waiting till after refunding to open the bottle of wine. Do that first.
It has worked for me to just list the items again after banning the bidder. Both times this has happened to me over the years I got more for the items than in the first listing. I just wish I had thought of the wine deal instead of yelling at the computer.
