As I understand it we made a reproduction from an original CAVALCADE one-sheet before I started working at The Academy (20 years ago) from a copy that was owned by 20th Century Fox. Apparently that copy was stolen not long after that and obviously hasn't been seen since. So there is at least one CAVALCADE one-sheet out there that someone is hiding away.
