First let me wish good luck to Holiday's new group. The more the
merrier I say!
But now some friendly words of advice from someone doing this since
1995: Thick skin is required to run an *any* Internet discussion
group...make that VERY thick skin.
Resist the temptation to fire back at critics and your group will be
more successful (and you'll live longer!) Trust me on this one.
