OK. I think I figured it out. I looked up Ralph Lee on IMDB and he made only a few films. One of them was Billy Rose's Jumbo where he was uncredited. Joe Pasternak was the producer. Maybe the guy in the pictures with Ralph is Joe Pasternak?

Anyhow, inside are studio pictures of this guy Ralph Lee. Also are pictures of Ralph Lee in a kitchen with an older guy (with a bow and ribbon on him, maybe a birthday?) and what looks like the house staff (maid, cook and gardener?) - these are dated on the back 7/2/62. Also portrait pictures of a young woman (maybe his girlfriend?). There is also a Valentine's Card signed with what looks like Wynn. On the inside cover of the book is written "Ralph, Johana, Mike Pasternak & Me August 7, 1962". Just curious.
