I hate to complain in broad strokes about European customers but I have
now had PayPal payments put on hold on account of delayed delivery of
packages to Europe on account of the volcano eruption in Iceland. One
customer in Ireland even told me that he's doing this as a precaution
with all American purchases. I am contemplating temporarily ceasing
European sales on account of this behavior which I consider extremely
bad form. If these payments aren't released, I will let everyone on MOPO
know the names of these European cheats so that they can be blocked from
Ebay sales, if you so choose.
