About a month ago I wrote to tell you that a certain customer in Ireland
put a PayPal hold on my payment on the day after I told him his order
had shipped. The buyer's name is Keith Cunningham and his Ebay handle is
keith7920. You may choose to block him too, if you don't want to jump
through hoops of trying to correct payment for items you shipped. His
explanation was that it was a precaution on his part due to the fact
that delivery to Europe was delayed on account of the Icelandic volcano.
I forwarded the customs tracking number to him which showed that his
item was shipped out of my local ost office but he insisted on making me
responsible for the delayed postage delivery to Europe. I finally got
my money back from PayPal but it wasn't worth the hassle. I've blocked
him permanently from my sales. Some of you may wish to do the same.
