eBay now lets you sort feedback to see just negatives! Of course, this was
always available at toolhaus.org, but most buyers did not know about it.
As an eBay buyer, this is great, for I like to see what kind of problems the
seller had in the past before I bid.
As a seller (if I were one) I would say "not so great". That one stupid
negative you got 10 months ago lives on to haunt you, and may cost you
sales.
This is eBay putting even more power into the hands of (sometimes irrational
or dishonest) buyers, and one more reason to consider quitting selling on
eBay.
