Bruce - I for one never knew about toolhaus.org. Just this past week I was bemoaning the fact that after all these years eBay hadn't set that function up. That you had to go through pages of feedback to check out the negatives.
I think it's about time. But as you say give the people something useful and someone will exploit it to suit them. As an eBay buyer, this is great, for I like to see what kind of problems the seller had in the past before I bid. As a seller (if I were one) I would say "not so great". That one stupid negative you got 10 months ago lives on to haunt you, and may cost you sales. This is eBay putting even more power into the hands of (sometimes irrational or dishonest) buyers, and one more reason to consider quitting selling on eBay.
