Aw, c'mon... some of the Mexican paper is really quite spectacular -- a
fair amount of it has striking, unique imagery you don't find anywhere
else. Ever take a look at the Mexican lobby cards for the original
release of the 1953 WAR OF THE WORLDS? Far better than the bland U.S. set.
Having said that, sure, the bulk of the Mexican paper is junk. But then,
so is the bulk of the U.S. paper, if you consider all the bad posters
for all the bad movies ever produced. Anyway, I'd rather have more
Mexican posters coming into this country than more Mexican laborers...
oops... pardon... my politically-incorrect bad.
