it's sad to say, but I think it is indeed far more relevant today
than it was when it was filmed, and far more relevant than when the
court case was going on.
The conversion of our society into evolution deniers and school
boards like the one in Texas forcing through such an agenda as
"Intelligent Design" into our schools shows that we have not
progressed as a society in some very important ways. I'm constantly
telling people that our political struggles are like a war between
religion and intelligence. But it isn't just about Southern states.
This is going on all over America and the dialogue is more virulent than ever.
