On NPR this morning was a reporter who interviewed John Lennon three days before his assassination. He had recordings where Lennon talked about being a stay at home dad and about his art. It was fascinating and gut-wrenching. John Lennon had so much positive feelings about his future and about being a father and even baking bread. It broke my heart. Music lost an icon, a boy lost his father, and the world lost a wonderful man.
