*Here are 11 more of the "praise" e-mails we have received over the past few
weeks (we get e-mails like this almost every day!):*

1) "I just purchased some items and have paid. I want to add that Bridgette
has responded to one or two of my emails in the recent past and been helpful
and timely in her responses, as have others when I have needed assistance.
All of your staff have always been helpful and courteous and seemed to be
'smiling' in their e-mails or on the phone. (I think I have called you twice
over the years.)
You seem to cultivate excellent staff and while I have little reason to
need them to assist me (their gain), whenever I do, they do their work in an
exemplary way. It's one of the things I like about doing business with your
eMoviePoster.com!"
*RESPONSE FROM BRUCE:* Thanks much for the high praise. We *DO* make a
major effort to employ the best and the brightest that West Plains has to
offer, and we are certainly glad that their very fine efforts are noticed
and appreciated!

2) "Hello Bruce! A while ago I e-mailed you from Iraq, where I was
stationed, and you offered to send me a set of your books to share with my
fellow soldiers, and you also expressed concern for my well-being. Good
news, I've returned from my tour in Iraq and I'm getting things squared away
here at home and work:)
I've recently brought a house which makes me a first time home owner :)
But paying the mortgage... wow... I'm finding out that this is more
nerve-racking then driving on Route Irish to and from Baghdad...lol.
Thank you for the books you mailed out to me. My soldiers and I enjoyed
the different volumes and remembered seeing many of the movies which the
posters are displayed within the books. All the best and God bless you
always"
*RESPONSE FROM BRUCE: *No, thank *YOU* for serving our country. Giving
you a set of the books is the least I could do, and I was very happy to do
it. I am just glad you are home safely. If anyone reading this has a friend
or relative serving in Iraq or Afghanistan and they think they would like a
set of my books, please e-mail me their info, and I will try to send a set
to them.

3) "I just paid for my many purchases. Are the profits from this going
towards Bruce's Lear Jet, "Movie Poster 1"? :) Just kidding - you all are
great! I like doing business with you!"
*I REPLIED AS FOLLOWS: "*Thanks for the kind words. But I should
mention to you that I don't get rich running this place, simply because we
pay our employees well and because we give so many bonuses to our buyers,
and so much personalized service that we need lots more employees than those
other places that have no customer service at all."
*TO WHICH HE RE-REPLIED: *"Hey Bruce, you are right, as I have never
had a problem with eMoviePoster, and I always tell people it's the best
place to deal with. But how about a VW bug with "MoviePoster 1" as the
license plate?"
*TO WHICH I RE-REPLIED: "*That's a good idea, but with five kids
ranging from 6 to 17, it would be better if it were a VW microbus!"

4) "I am in your fine 'auto-ship' program (where my purchases are
automatically charged and shipped to me the day after the auction ends), but
you e-mailed me after my last purchase that you would hold my item because
it was under $20 and you wanted to save me shipping. As always - thanks! You
are the best and treat your customers A++++!"
*RESPONSE FROM BRUCE: *Thank *YOU* for the kind words, and for being
such a great customer!

5) "I have been collecting for just over 2 years now and trying to put
together a nice collection of one-sheets from when I was younger, and
although it has nothing to do with "investment" reasons, I will not buy
folded items (because I just prefer the way the ART looks when it's rolled).
On a side note, I would like to add this. I have bought from many other
dealers and auction houses over the past two years and I must say that I
rank your company far and away *ABOVE* all of those (although I *DO* like
most of those)!
It seems to me that you "get it" and do everything the "right way",
from the pics you put up, the way you guys are "straight up" in
communicating or fixing mistakes, when it comes to details, to the packaging
process (I have yet to find anyone out there that packages material better
than you). You are sincerely a Movie"paper"man and its good to know, as a
collector, that there are people like *YOU* out there so thanks and keep it
up!"
*RESPONSE FROM BRUCE:* Thanks for a wonderful e-mail that brightens up
my day, and lets us know all our hard work shows to you the buyer!

6) "You e-mailed me that you had 'optimized' my Wantlist Searches so that
they will work better within your system. Thanks for this excellent feature,
Bruce and Phil. It will be a tremendous help towards my finding all the
missing posters in my collection."
*RESPONSE FROM BRUCE: *Thanks for your kind words! I hope we will have
something that is of interest to you very soon. More and more of our bidders
have entered Wantlist Searches, which make it far less likely that they will
miss items of interest to them, and everyone reading this who has speciific
"wants" should do so as well.

7) "I bought some items and I had a question about paying and you answered
quickly and informatively. I really love your site, and having prices for
every poster you have sold is very interesting. In the past I bought from a
high profile dealer (mad prices compared to yours!) and on eBay (where I
found some good auctions and a lot of bad stuff), but from today on I think
I'll just use your site! :-) Have a nice day."
*RESPONSE FROM BRUCE: * Thanks for your too-kind praise. More and more
collectors tell us they have quit looking at eBay altogether and solely buy
from us, and that is the greatest praise we could ever get! We wish you the
best of luck on whatever you may bid on in the future, and if you ever have
a problem with us in any way, please let me know right away as we strive to
be as accurate as possible.

8) "I am a consignor, and because I am from another country I asked to have
my proceeds paid to me via PayPal. I just checked my PayPal account and
payment was received perfectly. Thanks a lot. I can't compliment you, Phil,
and the others at eMoviePoster enough. Dealing with you gives peace of mind
to buyers and consignors everywhere, and your reputation sure is well
deserved."
*RESPONSE FROM BRUCE: *Thanks much! We do all we can to make consignor
an easy process, and we keep our consignors well informed of what is
happening with their consignments every step of the way, from when they
first notify us of an incoming package, to when we receive the items, to
when we list them, the results the day after they end, and finally the
payments!

9) "My latest order arrived today. Thanks. Once again, you have conducted a
superior transaction. All of you at eMoviePoster.com are the absolute best!
Thanks & may all of you have a great weekend."
*RESPONSE FROM BRUCE: *Thanks to you. I am glad this transaction was
problem free, but please be sure to contact us if you ever do have any kind
of problem!

10) "I just wanted to pass along to everyone at eMoviePoster how great your
site and auctions are. It is a pleasure doing business with you guys and I
look forward to your auction every week and constantly use your image
archive to check values of posters."
*RESPONSE FROM BRUCE: *Thanks for the kind words! I want to let you
know that we are in the process of greatly improving our Image Archive and
Sales Results databases. In fact, we are merging them into a single database
that will work just like our auction galleries (complete with the better
search, search by any information, etc). We'll be sure to announce in this
e-mail club when it is ready. We feel certain you are going to *LOVE* this
major improvement!

11) "I am a consignor and you auctioned all my items except for a few of the
one-sheets I sent you. I inquired as to why those hadn't been sold, and
asked for a list of which they were, and you promptly e-mailed me that you
had placed those 13 posters into a 'bulk lot', because you felt they were of
insufficient value for single sale, and you listed the titles. After
checking the list, I see that you are absolutely correct that those items
that should go into a bulk lot. I realize you guys are very busy and prepare
a mountain of stuff for auction every week. I shouldn't have asked for that
list, what was I thinking! I've been "extremely pleased" with all you have
done. Bruce, you and staff are very professional, honest, accurate, reliable
and straight forward. As a consignor, your website and whole system made it
very easy for me to keep track of everything within the auctions. Thanks for
getting back to me."
*RESPONSE FROM BRUCE:* No need to apologize, and thanks for being
understanding of how incredibly complicated and pressure filled it is to
auction *TWO THOUSAND* items every single week! We wish we could auction
everyone's posters just as soon as they arrive, but since we sometimes get
five or ten thousand items on consignment in a single week, that just isn't
possible! But we do everything we can to get everything that comes in to
auction just as quickly as we possibly can.
