Right before I left eBay I suggested to them they set up a separate site
called "Classic eBay" which was limited to OOAK (one of a kind) items and
which had the old eBay fee structure and set up. Sounds like that would
accomplish what Channing is asking for, and it would "break off" the vintage
side of eBay from the newly made side.(and of course eBay blew me off,
saying their site worked just fine as it is!).
