well I couldnt afford toys back then however the barber always had
stacks of comic and thats where i would look... all that stuff
intrigued me in the back like the tank, the marx soldiers, the x-ray
specs, seamonkeys, and also I remember the aurora Model kits the
batteru operated Frankenstein, all the Tps cards like beatles and
mosters and all the fan mags and Monster mags,,
I would just go to the pharmacy and stand and look...and the model
kits even at 98 cents where out ofmy reach back then.. but I had
friends that had everything.. like Corgo cars, britains.you name it..
and all the remco stuff to liek jet cockpits and other interactive
toys,
I got my 1st Guita from selling christmas cards from Boys life
magazien... But it broke after i strummed it... the bridge snapped
off they sent another did it again..
so my grandmother bought me a 29.00 electric prestige guita came with
a amp.. that was like 1963 Not amovie poster but man was i a happy
camper :)
Grandmothers always save the day.
