they had tried to get funding Rich and it was the state of Tennesse
that refused ti issue Bonds for the defered Debt,, the debt was from
Vegas..former debt

the plan was to role it into the new developers loan with addition
funding for the museum... however think back 1 year ago... people
were not optimistic about the future and so no one would budge..
those with the money were also reluctant and it seemed almost
lackluster interest in the items///

well But now since the major interest and sales.. it has more
respect..
I am not sure what went wrong..

Debbie and Todd spoke to everyone.. some heavy hitters, I dont have
the debt numbers however I hope they can negociate it down or perhaps
the ones that bought this could be serving a two Fold mission to
invest in it and gain press and a
public curiosity then display it as people are always interested to
see
things that are expensive and untouchable.
its interesting how people think...
I had a oscar in full view for a time and most people assumed it was
a prop when in fact it was real. also we had a table that arthur
Miller gave Marilyn and people would come to the shop to get a
Glimpse ... movie stars attract interest.
