That is the real TRAGEDY of eBay, at least for sellers. As a seller, you can't leave negative feedback. In fact I had a similar case a while back, when at least a seller could leave neutral feedback. My comments were negative, and I got a nasty note from eBay threatening to take action against me if I do this again. I'm sure now it all makes sense.
