What's the full story here...anybody have a clue? I'm rather
fascinated by it. I think, if memory serves, that Ken is an ex-pat
Canadian and I like my Canuck brothers but I don't really know him
aside from a couple of dealings, I think, and through ebay, if I
recall correctly. So, what does a good Canadian lad do to find
himself in California and looking at a Metroplois 3 sheet on the
wall? And then what does he do to see it leaving in such a state
with Grey looking so dapper only centimetres away? I hope for the
best outcome possible for my beaver brother amongst our neighbours to
the south!

In my view, it's pretty humiliating for everyone involved. The
contempt of court hearing in two weeks should be interesting,
though I'm not sure if it'll determine who the bankruptcy trustee
will give "first dibs" to steward "Metropolis" to a "buyer" with no
prior connection to K.S.
