I have seen cards like these for other major MGM movies of the 1930s. I
think they are likely from 1942 to 1942, when they lost their European
distribution and most of their stars to war, and re-released most of their
major movies, with lower quality material like this.

You are right about the11x14s that were produced locally. I have seen
those. But I have never seen any quality full-color 1930s Australian LCs.
