When it comes to 'regular' poster sizes, I fully agree with Kirby. The only
other US size I can think of that might be even rarer is the Subway Window
Card. Unlike 'regular' subway posters, which at least had full (or even double)
poster size and may have stood a chance to be distributed outside of the subway
system, the SWC certainly is such an oddball format, that I tend to believe
that they were only printed for immediate distribution. I seriously doubt that
the exchanges would stock any of these.

Obviously, I had never seen the BULLITT billboard before, and it certainly is a
nice piece. Like Kirby, I don't believe in 'no surviving' or 'only known
copies' when it comes to 1960s titles, or even worse, contemporary titles, like
japanese KILL BILL posters.
