Received the package in the mail yesterday. But, opened it and there was
nothing inside other than an empty plastic sleeve and a piece of cardboard. The
seller wrote on the customs sticker "Large 3D poster" which probably is why it
was stolen.

Yeah $40 plus the cost to try and fix it might not be too bad.

Heritage has only sold one in twelve years, if it is the same?

it could probably be done with a t-shirt press, set at a very very low
temperature and slowly pressured. of course, you would need intermediate media
between the item & press and know what you're doing etc.

Don't know exactly how thin on the ground these are, but Bruce you've only ever

If you can live with the cracks, perhaps worth working out some way of heating
it up to try and flatten it out, and hanging on to
it until a decent one turns up.
If the experiment goes badly wrong, not out of pocket too much.

I only see it looking slightly better. He seems willing to cancel because he
dropped it and cracked it, and that seems very prudent!

Hey Guys,

I won this on eBay
but didn't know how badly it was damaged (did not check the recent mishap by
the seller). Let me know if restorers can fix it or its beyond repair.

Thanks,

Roland
