Two original onesheets for THIS GUN FOR HIRE sold on ebay within the last four 
weeks or so. If I remember correctly, the first one (in lesser condition) went 
for like $18,000+, the second one for somewhat over $14,000.

So, to answer at least one of your questions: High end posters do show up on 
ebay from time to time, and they also sell.
