>BINGO Gentleman,,,, the rt of confidence.. aka the Confidence men...
advertising,, marketing,,, Magic..
Magicians where the begging of Film using tactics of images and art
of deception... going back to Egypt when they used Mirrors adn smoke
to project images into.. so " smoke and Mirrors"
nothings changed since,,magicians use mis-direction to fool you..
The recent large art purchase are not by Mad men but by keen
investors that artificially prop op values on large pieces so as the
rest of market follows... who would bat a eye at spending 10K after a
4 million dollar sale and another and another,,, it build..."
confidense" in the economy, colectables.. etc... as far as the
sellers>>. well again if they time the sales around a Huge confidense
pyramid or musical chairs,,, the bulk LOSE,,, and the winners are
the orchestrators... see: recent home loan bubble, stocks,
etc....what seems to be the formula and always was.. is push the
general publics GREED buutton and you will be wealthy at the cost of
many people... but sad part is the people fall for it because they
fall for GREED..... the Movies , fashion, music, cars, homes and
almost all popular culture baase there model on this.. thats why look
at the sucessful money making films and you will see a mirror of what
the world wants... because if it didnt make moey it would not
sell...or have interst... sex , drugs, booze, and induldging in all
kinds of lavish hous spending on high priced Toys is what we have
been cultured to believe is success.. buying a IPO stock of a
imaginary company is the new Fools gold... But its the way it is...
dont like it.?. unplug the computer and join the peace corps. or move
to a log cabin otherwise.. we are all Bozos on this BUS ! But fact is
it helps the collectable business when Confidence is instilled by
media reports... clever very clever but magicians are at work- dont
