Bruce, A couple of weeks ago you asked Lumi Hazelton how she was dating some Flash Gordon Conquers the Universe Lobby Cards as 1945, as you wanted to have dating info for your database.
While many Universal and other mid-40's re-releases often don't have dates on the lobby cards, in many cases those same re-release campaigns probably had one-sheets or three-sheets with litho numbers. Without addressing this one particular film, do you think it is reasonable in similar cases to date the lobby cards to whatever dateable one sheets seems to be concurrent? We have been recording every single litho (and NSS number for hundreds of thousands of posters, so we can tell the exact year just from the litho number).
