I had the privilege of seeing Robin live in Portland Oregon in the 1980s. What
a performance! I had thought to myself several times that he was giving his
all to that show. After the show, I had the good fortune of meeting Robin back
stage. I was amazed...he was wringing wet and exhausted. I dont just mean
tired.....I mean EXHAUSTED. After 45 minutes of a constant wind sprint of
humor, he could barely lift his hand to shake. I realized then that he truly
had given it all he had. So sorry to see him go.
