A shame really on the hotel - lets face it we all have comments about the place - none are to celebratory but I am sure there will be nostalgic reminisces from all the movie dealers...however if the hotel is beyond repair from water damage - Mmmm was the insurance paid up? Will it be leveled and rebuilt? Or will the land be sold and developed? Colour me cynical but from what I gather from the staff over the past few years the place was not making much money....
