that’s because they do not want you to. They have buried this one really, really deep: I think it is in your settings for your credit card, under ‚Automated Payments‘ or something like that.
I had no chance to find it myself, the guy on the Paypal phone hotline didn‘t have a clue and I finally found somebody in their chat who revealed this secret.
