QUESTION: Does this minimum $29 buyer's premium apply to both the weekly Sunday auctions and the three Signature auctions or just to the Signature auctions?
It was nice when Heritage was selling on ebay under the user id Heritagemovieposters as there was NO BUYER'S PREMIUM when you purchased something there. Remember that?? But they eventually stopped selling on ebay.
