Wow. I had a fair number of these over the years, and looking at these prices, I probably lost at least a quarter million dollars on my sales… Since the Corona crisis started, the movie poster market has been stronger than ever, but these results are outright ridiculous.
$50,000 for a LA DOLCE VITA dancer style, faded and in mediocre condition? It looks exactly like the one I sold a few years back. Just for the record, my copy in beautiful NEAR MINT condition, with colors as strong as the day it was printed is still available for about $15,000 less.
