Alan, Sotheby's had the 1960 version with the English title in the top white border. I only know of two copies with this imprint (and I sold one of them years ago), so the term 'very rare' certainly is appropriate here.
Generally speaking, this is not a 'very rare' poster if compared to many German posters from the 1950s for example, for which one or two surviving copies are known. Be that as may, there is a reason that this poster ranks high in pretty much every '10 Best Movie Posters Ever' ever list. I sold several copies over the last 25+ years, and I can assure you: This one looks A LOT nicer unfaded. And Sotheby's is wrong on the reference as well: Tony Nourmand's Film Posters of the 50s shows the 1959 version of this poster.
