It will be interesting to see where the Heritage‘s movie poster department will be going. Of if they are going anywhere at all...
 
Finding a successor for Grey might be quite a challenge:
 
- they will need to find somebody with a vast knowledge in international vintage movie posters, a tiny group to begin with
- this person must also have the ability to successfully interact with a number of very strange people on a daily basis
- last not least, the candidate must be willing and able to work within the tight restraints of a large corporation
 
Obviously, it takes more than that, but for the sake of the argument, let me limit myself to these three topics. 
Personally, I can think of a few people who could meet the first requirement, hardly anyone who might qualify for the first two, and NOBODY who meets all three criteria.
