David I am not offended at all and I DO applaud all the great information you provide, but having printed some posters and lots of books and comic books, I KNOW there are many "test" versions, and at most just a few "proofs" and always only one "final proof", so they should sell for FAR more than test posters. EVERY print job I every did, the printer absolutely would not go to press without a final "proof" version that I had OK'ed and signed, because that saved them later if I complained in any way that the final job was not EXACTLY what I wanted.
Since there seem to be virtually no suriving actual proof movie posters I guess it is not that big a deal, but I just never want a buyer to think they are getting a "one of a kind" final proof. Yes, they are FAR more rare than regular posters, but they are never one of a kind.
