I have used Fedex for decades, usually for heavier items (films), with very
little issue. I recently shipped 1 rolled poster in a tube, printed the
label off of Ebay, approx. 10 oz. The buyer paid a little extra for 2 day
shipping, approx. $20. The parcel was shipped from TX to MS, it took 3
days to get there. At the end is what I received yesterday and the money
deducted from my Ebay account. Fedex is nearly impossible to get in touch
with directly and I don't have an account with them, so they have no
interest in any contact. Ebay is intervening, but I don't have a lot of
trust that it will be resolved. It will not happen again, ever.
