i never heard of USPs Ground advantage must be a new service..but
sounds likeThe PO has addressed a ground rate.I remeberwhenthey stopped
doingsurface mail by boat and would only send air i used to send Books
to UK by surface mail...I rember Adrian Cowdry wanted a book on Posters
the reel book itwas heavyand the shipping was crazy so i lost the
deasl...
so maybe they have corrected some of the issues...same with
i guess ol Tom is obsolete in Todays economy
