I once uttered the name "Louis DeJoy" at my local USPS office. Groans, moans and projectile vomiting ensued. Not a popular fellow.
I await the name of his replacement with some trepidation, however.

I see that he has turned in his resignation. I don't know anything about him, but things have drastically declined under his watch. I don't anticipate improvement any time soon, but I guess there is always hope. There probably needs to be a major overhaul, but that usually means increasing rates (but they do that anyway). As we discussed earlier, delivery is still erratic and many are still hung up in the system.
