Hey there all. Yes it's been forever since I joined too. I remember getting
my first poster on the list from rudi and Barbara franchi. Back then It was
first one to answer got it...it was a laurel and hardy Swiss miss half sheet.

Although I've never publicly said it, MoPo has been an integral and invaluable
resource for both collectors and dealers, including myself. I'm even pretty
sure many, again including myself, might even take MoPo for granted from time
to time, that it will always be here for us to read or take part in. That is
not a good thing as nothing is forever and we should never take it for granted,
because once it's gone, I'm positive we will then realize how much we miss it.
Whether it's a small or large part of our lives, if it wasn't for Scott, we
wouldn't have it at all. And that is a testament to Scott.
An incredible thanks to Scott for starting MoPo and for keeping it alive all
these 30 years and hopefully for many, many more.

We made it to 30!
MoPo made its debut on American University’s listserv on February 24, 1995. As
always, here’s a salute to the original 11 MoPo’ers who were here on that first
day: Mahtab Moayeri, Michael Danese, Rob Ellis, Donna Tschetter, Goh Kai Shen,
Evan Zweifel, George Nichol, Jeff Static (using AOL name Static555), Cindy
Nemeth-Johannes, Adam Ehrlich, and myself. Michael, Rob and Evan are still
subscribed.
Wow. It’s hard to believe 30 years have passed. Surviving that long on the
internet is quite the accomplishment.
Thanks to you all for keeping this little listserv group alive for so many
years. (Take that Facebook!)
