Trust HA to come up with a new way to extract more money from buyers. It
was the case that posters would be held for international clients and
shipping calculated on a package containing all the items to be sent. Now
they add shipping and handling costs on each invoice to be paid in advance.
This, they tell me, is to 'better serve our international clients', which,
of course, we all believe.
