Hi Platt,

Okay, you are interpreting RMP as suggesting there should be greater 
enforcement of criminal laws and an increased disciplining of the 
youth, to deter violence and out-of-wedlock births, "by means of 
prisons and guns and police and the military".  And you agree with 
this suggestion.  Right?

Do you think there is anything else that might be done to decrease 
violence and out-of-wedlock births?
