Hi David, the point I was trying to make is that there is no proof of free will and that it is a matter of opinion or belief.
At best free will is limited by more physical constraints. It all comes down to inhibition; the ability to inhibit the habitual reaction to a stimulus. If we are 'centered', we have a chance to respond rather than react and free will can be exercised.
