point of Lila!!!!

Don't assume Marsha. I can't read 'A New Zen for
Women' for I am reading another book at the moment and
have another book after that one already lined up.
You expect me to drop everything for this book. I'm
glad to see it is that significant, but I've already
made other reading priorities before I even knew about
this book you recommended. Sorry, I can only do one
thing at a time. I did save it in my email save
drive. Wow, this book must be that good.

I understand your importance stamped upon this
book. I have no doubt I will get to it someday, and I
will use the Interlibrary Loan system we discussed in
another thread.

Ah, but did Pirsig notice something here with
Lila. The mythology of Lila goes much deeper into
what seems pre-historic times, and once, as the
Sanskrit addition has been able to keep alive, Lila
was beyond duality. Did you read the links? The
first woman with Adam was created by G-d beyond
duality when female and male were equal. Then Adam
wanted to subdue her, as the story goes, and thus the
fighting began. Yet, the Sanskrit/Hindu version still
has the expanded stories of Lila playfully creating
the universe beyond dualities. I find Pirsig used
Lila for a reason. Is not the moq to go beyond the
stuckness of dualities that we find in the other
thread 'What is SOM?'? Does not Pirsig recommend
Campbell and does not Pirsig point out the value of
mythologies? I wouldn't jump from this stove too
quickly and dismiss the significance of Lila!!!! I
would not jump too quickly from what the Ancient
Greeks subverted, and others subverted as a Lila
beyond dualities, and then the western culture seems
to have wanted to subdue Lila with maleness. This is
not just history, but a subversion of a meaning before
Plato when the heart was known more. The Hindu's were
able to retain this wonderful meaning of Lila in the
East were the West has done much harm to the original
female. Unfold Lila and Lila will open your eyes to a
sweet innocence that the west has tried to corrupt.
DO NOT FEAR!!!
woods,
